Aseica Overview ASEICA (Association pour le Soutien de l'Enseignement International sur la Côte d'Azur) is the non-profit making private association that runs the English language sections in 1 primary school, 3 collèges and 1 lycée (the "Baccalauréat à Option Internationale" programme) in Sophia Antipolis and 1 primary school in Mougins. It employs the Head of Education and teaching staff, deals with all the financial and administrative aspects of the sections, liaises with Education Nationale partners and also organizes social and associative events. It is funded by its students' tuition and membership fees. At the association's AGM, the ASEICA members - the parents of the children educated in its classes - elect a 9 to 11 member Board of parent volunteers to run the Association in close cooperation with its teaching Head and according to its statutes. ASEICA's mission is to promote high-quality bilingual education for the world of tomorrow. |
