Dear ASEICA members,

Please mark your calendars: International Day is on April 7th from 11AM to 4PM in building Agora in the CIV (Centre International de Valbonne).

Unity, strength we develop together, solidarity are again at the heart of International Day on April 7. All the funds will go to two projects: Water Hyacinth, the project supported by the MDL this year (60% funds) and supporting a trip for orphans in India (40% funds).

"Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much." - Helen Keller

-Together with these two humanitarian projects proposed by students “Water Hyacinth" supported by the MDL this year as well as "Street Children of Pondichery" initiative to support a trip by 60 children, their first trip out of the orphanage.
-Together is how we aim to educate and live every day in and around the International Sections, bringing everyone to their best and learning together every day.

Johanna Hardy Le Cerf (ASEICA Board Member) and I are coordinating International Day this year. We look forward to receiving your projects and activities for the day. As in prior years, we hope that primary students can submit their drawings for our official poster and prepare a song, that MUN students can organize a debate, and that there will be another spelling bee too. If you have any new ideas for projects and activities, feel free to send us your proposals at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please let us know which activities and/or help you can give for the day by March 15th.

We will need to build the program with your ideas!

Thank you and kind regards,
Irene Boudier, ASEICA Vice-President
