Annual General Meeting 2023

The Annual General Meeting takes place every year sometime in Q4 (October - December).  This meeting is an obligation of the functioning of the association and an opportunity for parent members to understand the overall operations and financial health of ASEICA as well as to vote the new Board of Directors.  

The 2023-2024 school year AGM will be held at the CIV on November 27th, 2023 starting at 5:30 PM.
